'INNOVATION FOR EQUITY AND WELL-BEING'
ALOKA (Artificial intelligence and Light assisted Opto-electrochemical-Kinematic Agents) collaboration is a group dedicated to the development of technologies amalgamating Optics, Mechactronics, Materials and Analytics aiding interdisciplinary scientific research and industrial applications.
OUR VISION
Be a centre of excellence in developing novel AI driven nanophotonics-based technologies enabling inclusive and sustainable development with a focus on empowering youth in scientific innovation and leadership.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to generate new scientific knowledge by way of utilizing machine learning and nanophotonics related technologies across different platforms. This will be achieved through partnering with the scientific community across Sri Lanka and fostering a learning environment for developing human expertise and research infrastructure. With the guidance of experienced mentors and a transparent research administration with streamlined processes, we will cultivate young talent through team-work, shared responsibility and upholding ethics and morals to produce strong and independent scientists.
